Privacy and Customer Proprietary Information. Customer authorizes Carrier to monitor and record communications to Carrier regarding Customer’s account or services. Information in Carrier billing and customer care systems concerning Customer’s account and use of the services belongs to Carrier, and Carrier shall take reasonable measures to ensure the privacy of such information. Carrier shall have the right to make the information available to its employees, agents, successors, assigns or to any government authority as it deems appropriate, but shall not disclose, sell, rent or provide customer account information to any other party without authorization from Customer.
