AstroSOA

Our AstroSOA service for regulated CLEC, IPES and CMRS carriers in the United States provides a feature-rich portal and Application Programming Interface (API) to facilitate the efficient porting of telephone numbers between carriers.  This service can replace the Low Tech Interface (LTI) service which many carriers purchase directly from the NPAC.  Features include:

• Medium and large carrier plans include rollover activations, so that included activations not used carry forward to future months Medium and large carrier plans include all US regions and SPIDs at no additional cost
• All plans include automated notices when another carrier performs a port-out create against one of your telephone numbers, allowing time to place a conflict before an unauthorized port-out occurs
• All plans include automated notices when another carrier places a conflict on a pending port-in so that it is not a surprise on the port date
• All plans include access to our AstroSOA portal for easy administration of number portability
• All plans include access to our Application Programming Interface (API) so that your systems can automatically performs Number Portability operations
• All plans include to our friendly US-based support team during business hours, and we’re also available after hours for emergencies
• Encrypted service over the internet available
• Dedicated private IP or T1 circuits available for non-internet based lookups
• Redundant site diversity available for all services
• Long-Term contracts are not required

AstroLSR

Our AstroLSR service is available to US-based CLEC, IPES and CMRS carriers. AstroLSR takes the hassle out of number portability ordering. When you win a customer from another carrier, a simple order is placed into our user-friendly portal regardless of the losing carrier, and we’ll handle submission of the order to the losing carrier on your behalf. Our automated notices ensure you’ll be kept informed at every step of the process, with Firm Order Commitment (FOC) received generally within 1-3 business days. When combined with our AstroSOA service, our team can also submit the SOA creates on your behalf once FOC is obtained. Our friendly US-based team is always available by phone to answer questions during business hours.

AstroLookup

Our AstroLookup service is available to US-based CLEC, IPES and CMRS carriers. AstroLookup service provides real-time database lookup services for any US-based telephone number. Primarily used for call routing for ported and pooled numbers, AstroLookup is a secure, carrier-grade number portability database service to make sure your calls always route correctly. Features include:

• Encrypted service over the internet available
• Dedicated private IP or T1 circuits available for non-internet based lookups
• Redundant site diversity available for all services
• Support for all standard lookup formats for widespread switch compatibility
• Optional lookup available for service type (Landline,IP,Mobile)
• Long term contracts not required
